your email address and shipping address. we collect this at checkout so we can fulfill your order.
if you register a hat with the claim code from its packing slip, we also store the email you register with, against that hat. it is never shown publicly; the hat's verification page states only that a registration happened and on what date.
your email is used to send order confirmations and shipping updates. your shipping address is used only to deliver the hat to you.

we use basic analytics to understand traffic to our site. we do not track individual users beyond this.
we do not sell your data. we do not share it with advertisers. we do not use it for marketing beyond order confirmations and shipping notifications.
we retain your order information for as long as necessary for fulfillment and legal compliance.
